LETTER 1 :

Letter to Jaque Chirac, the president of the french republic

Mr. President,

Extremely deceived and discontent with current world events and particularly what is going on in France, we are worried about the future, it’s for this reason that we have thought of drawing your attention to the two following situations:

A-                       The international situation

As from the fall of the Berlin Wall, the world socio-political situation has gotten worse to the point of being in a deplorable state that is a danger for world security (especially for the Third World).

The decline and fall of the Soviet system has provided the United States with the opportunity of choosing a policy that in turn leaves them free to become not only the first world power, but also the only power in the Universe. This American policy is clear enough, and as Mr. Poutine justly reminded recently: “the Americans are creators of world terrorism and insecurity, and this will finish in the loss of confidence of populations with regards the United Nations”.

In effect, the origin of terrorism is to be found in American policy with regards the Soviet bloc.

As far as is concerned the nuclear problem, we think that no country must be equipped with nuclear weaponry. Otherwise, all peoples of the world must benefit from the right to have some.

It would be desirable if the first step in this direction, of capital importance to entire humanity, be taken by France.

It is evident that till the day that weapons factories exist, the breakout of wars is an eternally pursued option. Pretexts are not hard to come by: there are international forces that seek to divide peoples (for example: countries where there are energy reserves), in order to create conflicts, to facilitate armament sales (conflicts over the last sixty years show clearly this state of affairs).

Arms merchants and new capitalists have an interest in creating conflicts in order to establish weapons sources and outlets, no one can prevent this situation.

We the undersigned wish that you, Mr. Jacques Chirac, President of France, take this step forward and that this honour remain the share of the French people in future.

B-                       The national situation

France has a coveted place in the universe. Our country’s culture is venerated and appreciated by various social casts in oppressed countries, ex-colonies, underdeveloped or developing countries.

Current activities of political parties increasingly deceive the French, and create a climate of hate and discontent for those who could accede to power in a near future.

It’s clear that Nicolas Sarkozy’s state policy originates in the American system. However, that of Segolene Royale is not clearly defined. So that we can state, with certitude, that neither the right nor the left is capable of answering French needs.

Faced with this unpleasant and complicated situation, it would be necessary and reasonable that you again be candidate for the presidency. You are the only person capable of saving our ship from wrecking.

We the undersigned have much respect and confidence in your person, as the faithful successor of General de Gaulle, because the survival of Gaullist ideals shall again have its place in current society (neither the Sarkozy clan nor that of Royale has this qualification).

Even if your participation, by some misfortune, isn’t crowned with success, at least, historically speaking, the propositions mentioned above stand in total honour of the French people. Moreover, these declarations in favour of nuclear disarmament are timely. They could constitute a phenomenon capable of re-establishing humanity’s entire respect and confidence with regards France.

         LETTER 2 :

Letter to Nicolas SARKOZY, the president of the french republic

to the attention of Mr. President of the French Republic

Mr. President,

I permit myself to address to you this letter, in order to attract your kind attention to the following:

Before the Presidential Elections, I had the opportunity of addressing a letter by Internet (Elysée) of which you will find a copy attached in this mail.

I entreat you first of all to please be kind enough to read the letter addressed to your predecessor, Mr. Jacques Chirac.

After the which I am going to continue to express my ideas. Everything I mentioned in that letter, I hereby confirm its content.

By the present letter, I add other elements:

I have followed attentively, not without pride, your policy and the manner in which you act.

Permit me, in my quality of patriotic and faithful citizen of France, to express what I think.

I have the impression that you are very attached to America and dependent upon her psychologically to America, but that is not a shortcoming. You denote the American social, economic, political, scientific, technical and military realities and you speak about them with much admiration.

I have the impression, that your policy, in as concerns the role of the United Nations and above all the role played by America, is different from that of President Chirac. The American policy in the Iraq war was entirely antidemocratic and based on American despotism with regards the United Nations Organisation and the Security Council.

The intervention Mr. Foreign Affairs Minister Villepin was intelligent, correct and courageous. During that session, his influence was extraordinary and approved by the major part of the world’s population.

My personal opinion which is the same as that of all persons attached to democracy and to Humanity remains always the same.

The praises that you have directed upon several occasions towards the Americans notably towards the American Government, devalue France. Because President Bush’s action and above all in real fact was tyrannical and inhuman. I don’t even need to present any arguments, the current situation in Iraq and I also add Afghanistan, just shows the deplorable result of the inhuman and criminal American interventions.

I listened to a part of your address to the American Congress. Unfortunately or fortunately, as you wish, there remains no doubt in my mind about the exactitude of my estimations and judgments in the matters mentioned above.

You spoke with much finesse and intelligence about the Iranian people and you were almost entirely right in the major part of what you declared.

I refer yet again to my letter addressed to President Jacques Chirac and I repeat in plentiful conscience and with confidence the following points:

1 – All atomic weaponry must be disassembled as soon as possible; further, anyone possessing such weaponry has no right to forbid other countries from having some. While awaiting the disassembly of all factories producing war material with a view to massacring, often the innocent.

2 – I ask of you, in your quality as French Head of State, to propose this human action, and as I wrote to Mr. Chirac, so that the honour of this truly human policy be bestowed upon France’s proposal. The future generations throughout the world shall respect your efforts in this sense, and the day you close your eyes to pass away, you shall have the full satisfaction of having been an excellent and great benefactor of humanity.

3 – You, with your talent for mediation, shall be able to propose a good political solution by trying to establish an Israelo-Iranian alliance, which in turn would change the face of the Middle East, and in the long term of the whole world.

4 – Universal social evolution is advancing towards the creation of a single world State. You, as French Head of State, as from now, shall have the possibility of concentrating your efforts towards the creation of the unique universal world State.

It’s the only solution that can put a stop to social and natural pollution that is gnawing away at the content of global earth

And while awaiting that, I permit myself to confirm and declare solemnly and sincerely your courage and your personality

I beseech you to accept, Mr. President, the expression of my perfect consideration.

Dear Sir,

The President of the Republic has received well your letter.

Very sensitive to your measure and extremely touched by the esteem you bear for him, Mr. Nicolas SARKOZY has confided to me the care of thanking you.

Nevertheless, because of the very large number of letters addressed to the Chief of State, it hasn’t been possible to answer you immediately. I express to you my full regrets for this.
