Continuing my biblical and Coranic studies, I have deepened my theoretical observations with a view to using ancient texts, as sociological references of past times.

In order to replace Satan’s socio-political regime, I thought to discern lifestyles of God’s men: prophets and mystics.

I set about elaborating a plan of social life, whereby men could have a decent and even pleasant life.

What is a State? It’s a group of people who, for one reason or another, find themselves at the head of some society or other.

In order to respect justice, and to prevent the apparition of theft, dishonesty, administrative bullying, unreasonable favouritism, and to open the way to attain a society managed by fraternity, equality and liberty.

I propose a State system, made up of volunteer candidates.

State officials and agents must not be on a payroll. The must work without salary. In exchange, the State assumes all charges and expenses of the volunteer official.

The problem appears complicated, but I think that it’s very possible.

In practice, we must discover training methods for public officials.

For each activity, schools and seminaries must be created, which are, surely, different the one from the other.

Also we must prepare a precise study for each activity.

Our chapter will be composed of two paragraphs:

Service & reward

1 – training of the workers

2 – pay, insurance and security for public agents

Of course, one shall have serious difficulties to succeed in estimating correctly the usage value of workers’ labour, and also the reward offered by society in exchange for services rendered by them.

There are many factors, that enter into stake:

physical potential, intelligence and tastes of each element considered.
